Barry Sea Siegel has over 35 years' experience as an executive, coach, speaker and consultant in large corporate, early stage entrepreneurial, and general public environments. Prior to forming Barry Siegel LLC, Barry served as President of Bernard Hodes Advertising Group and Recruitment Enhancement Services. These organizations were divisions of Omnicom Group Inc, one of the world's largest advertising and communications companies. He worked his way to the top of the advertising/communications and recruiting industries while serving in a wide variety of creative, account service, sales and management capacities. He has also owned several companies in the music/entertainment and success achievement industries. Barry’s coaching credentials are certified by the Life Coach Institute, as well as the Master Mind Alliance International.
Barry holds a BS in Business Management/Advertising from Fairleigh Dickinson University, has been a member of "Who's Who Worldwide," and is a lifetime member of "America's Registry of Outstanding professionals." A recognized innovator and authority on cost effective recruiting, Barry authored the book "The Keys to Successful Recruiting and Staffing.” In addition, he has written numerous white papers, online articles and a chapter on recruitment outsourcing in the text book "On Staffing: Advice and Perspectives from HR Leaders." He has been a featured speaker at events sponsored by major organizations including The Employment Management Association, Society for Human Resource Management, International Quality & Productivity Center, HR Events, HRO World, American Strategic Management Institute, Staffing.org, Northstar Conferences, and The Bureau of National Affairs.
The November, 2002 issue of "Human Resources Outsourcing Today" recognized Barry as having "Invented Recruitment Process Outsourcing," and named him among "The 100 Superstars of HR Outsourcing" for five consecutive years. Other innovations in Barry's background include his spearheading the development of the first applicant tracking system (RES-MATCH); the first online applicant tracking system (ROAM); and the first recruitment music video ("Make a Difference on Your Block, Become a Houston Cop," featuring George Foreman). He was also part of the executive committee that conceived the first Online Job Board (Career Mosaic, which was later acquired by Career Builder.)
On the creative side, Barry has conceived/written/produced numerous award winning advertising campaigns and been involved in various capacities with several hit music recordings. His latest project, "Beat The Blues" is a Book and Music CD package that provides a "Sound” Recipe to Increase Productivity, While Improving Your Luck and Your Life."
